A connected view of the employee journey
At the PLENA HR Vision ’26 launch on 24 September 2026 at The Westin İstanbul Nişantaşı, we shared Plena Pro’s approach to the employee lifecycle. Recruitment, pre-onboarding, onboarding, employee life, development and offboarding were considered parts of the same journey.
Connected products and processes
We presented the shared platform approach behind Plena İnsan, Masraf, Arşiv, İşe Alım, Plenalitik, Growth, LMS and Legal. A central theme was the continuity of information, from a candidate’s first contact through the employee lifecycle in the same record.
Today’s capabilities, tomorrow’s vision
We shared capabilities such as intelligent document reading, document conversations and natural-language access to information. The orchestration of specialist agents working together, with critical decisions subject to human approval, was presented as process coordination with specialist agents.
