The payroll process ensures that companies pay their employees in compliance with legal regulations, and it is managed by the accounting and HR departments.
The following steps are followed in the payroll process:
- Employees' salaries are calculated.
- Tax and insurance deductions are arranged.
- Overtime, bonuses or additional payments are added.
- Legal checks are completed before employees are paid.
Correct payroll management both protects employees' financial rights and helps the company comply with legal obligations.
